LHS will celebrate its first Spirit Week, dubbed Fall Fest, next week and is dedicated to supporting the “causes” that are impacting our students and our community.  Organizers will have table with information on each of the causes during call down. Students will compete in Penny wars and the winning class will get to chose the organization or cause the money is donated to.

10/15 (Period 1  call) – Suicide Awareness – Wear PURPLE

10/16 (Period 2 call) – Cancer Awareness – Wear PINK in honor of breast cancer

10/17 (Period 3 call) -Wednesday: Class Color War

2019-RED, 2020-Green, 2021-Purple, 2022-Blue, Staff- GREY

Powder Puff Game!! Come and cheer on your class!!!   

Freshman vs. Sophomores 6:00  and Juniors vs. Seniors 7:00

$5 per person Check in on the Lions Pride app!

Four way class tug of war and a field goal competition will occur!

To purchase a jersey you must see Mrs. Ollquist in D101 to reserve your number before you purchase your jersey and give Mrs. Ollquist the name you want on the back of your jersey.    

10/18 (Period 4 call) – Blood donation and heart disease – Wear Red

10/19 (Period 6 call) -Autism Speaks – Wear Blue

October 23rd – 31st Red Ribbon week – Drug abuse awareness

BOTC: Battle of the Classes Champion. Each day points are awarded (4-3-2-1) for the most tallies, competitions, challenges and community service efforts. At the end of the year the winning class gets to paint the lion to be showcased in the trophy case by the cafeteria.
