Conspiracy theories are everywhere.

Many people don’t think they’re true, but others believe everything they hear.

Conspiracy theories are a belief that some organization or person is secretly responsible for an event. It can also be described as a false (or true) statement about a person or thing that is usually hard to believe.

The most popular conspiracy theory is whether former President George Bush planned and caused the September 11th attack in 2001. There are plenty of articles and videos showing just how many people feel that the collapse of the twin towers were a result of a controlled demolition rather than structural failure due to impact and fire. There are many Youtube videos deciphering exactly what happened on that day. Some people believe that in the video of the towers falling it looks like it was controlled and blown up on purpose. There have been many tests showing how the buildings should not have fallen that way and how the way it falls is very similar to it falling by controlled demolition.

Another September 11 theory is that the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) issued a stand-down order to make sure fighters scrambled to allow the hijacked airplanes to reach their target without interference. According to this theory, NORAD had the capability of locating and intercepting planes on 9/11. Its failure to do so caused conspiracy theorists to believe that this “terrorist attack” was planned. You can read about this issue here and make up your own mind.

There are plenty more theories about what happened on September 11th. If you’re interested just check out some Youtube videos on the matter.

Another popular conspiracy theory has to do with a more recent attack, the Las Vegas shooting.

One popular theory about this shooting was that there was more than one shooter. Many of the victims who were there while shooting was taken place says that there seemed to be shots coming from more than one area. In some videos that people took during the attack you can hear the different sounding gunshots.

One thing that confused a lot of people was how there was no camera at all that caught the shooter going up to his room carrying bags of guns. You would think that in a place like Las Vegas there were be lots of surveillance cameras in the hotel and around it, but there was none.

People also feel that the person claimed as the shooter wasn’t the actual shooter. The way that they portrayed him, changing his occupation a couple times, makes it seem suspicious.  Theorists feel that the shooting was because of ISIS, but the government framed Stephen Paddock, so that people would not freak out that there could be shooters still loose.

Many of Paddock’s friends and his brother were greatly shocked and said that he would never do something like that. There also has been no motive found yet.

This makes you think, that with all the shootings and terrorists attacks happening that they could all be connected somehow. There has been three mass shootings in the past 17 months, as well as terrorist attacks happening everywhere.

There are a lot more conspiracy theories all over the internet about attacks that happened throughout history as well as about a lot of famous people.

If you’re interested in learning more about these theories check out Shane Dawson on Youtube, he makes a lot of conspiracy theory videos.
