Homecoming: “Under the Big Top”

It’s that time of the year again… Homecoming. Senior Siearra Papuga and the rest of the staff of the Cub are hosting the dance.

The theme of the dance is “Under The Big Top,” and Papuga claims “This year we have better food, a better DJ, and a theme that won’t be unrecognized.”

Homecoming will take place on Oct. 15. It will begin at 7 p.m. and end at 10 p.m. This year tickets will be sold only in advance for $15, so don’t forget to bring your money to school starting Oct. 3. Tickets will be sold at all three lunches.

This year Ludlow’s own D.J. Marvelous will be providing the entertainment.

This is a semi-formal even, so get yourself a nice outfit, get ready with your friends, and get ready to have an amazing night at the 2011 Ludlow High School homecoming.

You may know Kaycee Pereira as a member of the girls’ varsity soccer team, as a long and triple jumper on the track and field team, or maybe even as that girl who rocks her kicks with a dress. She is original, unpredictable, and on occasion she gets a little obnoxious. She’s the girl who will repeat over and over “I don’t even care,” at the times she cares the most. Ironic situations make her smile, along with just about everything else. If you drive past her, you’re likely to hear some Justin Bieber or Enrique Iglesias playing. Her two favorite people on the planet are her nephew Jayden and her sister Randi. Kaycee is the type of girl to get her mind set on something, and not stop thinking about it until she’s done it. Give her a chance to win you over, and you definitely won’t be left disappointed.
