Kellie Salmond

Kellie Salmond, 17, is a Senior going into her first year of journalism. She is excited to learn how to perfect her writing, and to write articles for The Cub. She is a former LHS cheerleader who cheered at football and basketball games. She also did competitive cheer in the winter to spring season. Kellie is also a former LHS softball player and she played for two years. When not at school she can be found running around with children at the boys and girls club. She enjoys spending time with her pomeranian named Trigger. One of her favorite places to be is enjoying the animals on a safari ride in Disney World because giraffes are her favorite animal. After graduation she plans to go to college to major in Forensic Psychology.
